Management Development, Seaman Corporation

Ms. Kim Seaman joined the Seaman Corporation Board in 2007 and presently serves on the Leadership and Compensation Committee. She is currently participating in the Seaman Corporation Management Development Program, engaging in rotational assignments throughout the company to increase her business knowledge in marketing, innovation & new business development, human resources, sales and manufacturing.

Prior experience includes eight years of marketing experience at Seaman Corporation and four years of experience working in marketing and fund development in large non-profit settings in the urban communities of New York and Chicago. Ms. Seaman also brings experience in family governance issues, gained through participating in educational events conducted by Loyola Family Business Center and the North American chapter of the Family Business Network. She has been a member of the Ownership and Governance Peer Advisory Group through the Loyola Family Business Center and she served as Family Shareholder Group Leader for the family's shareholder group from 2007-2015.

Ms. Seaman holds a B.A. in Communication and Spanish from DePauw University. She has completed professional development programs at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in Cleveland, Ohio, including the Gestalt Training Program and the Gestalt Organizational Systems Development Program. Additionally, Ms. Seaman studied photojournalism and silversmithing in Santiago, Chile.
