Custom-Printed Graphics and Color on Fabric Panels

Bring your brand to life with custom graphics, logos, and colors applied directly to your fabric panels. Lightweight Structures offers printing, stenciling, decals, and custom color matching, with the right approach determined by the fabric and its intended application.

Integrated Graphics for Fabric Structures

Logos, sponsor marks, and other branding can be applied directly to the fabric panels we manufacture using printing, stenciling, or decals. The best method depends on the fabric, the artwork, and where the structure will stand. We’ll help you choose an application method that fits your project.

Plan graphics early in the design process, while the fabric panels are still being patterned—not after they are welded. A tensioned fabric panel forms a curved surface, and where the artwork lands on the finished structure is a function of the patterning, so it is worth telling us about the logo when you tell us about the shape. Share your graphics with us when you discuss the structure’s design so we can account for them during fabrication.

Printing, Stenciling, and Decals

Each application method behaves differently on coated fabrics, and each has its own advantages and limitations. Share your artwork, preferred fabric, and intended application, and we will tell you which method fits, as well as what it will look like on a tensioned panel.

Rental fabric is scoped the same way. A sponsor graphic intended for a single event has different requirements from a permanent brand identity expected to last the life of the panel. We’ll help you establish those requirements before production begins.

Custom Color Matching

Custom color matching is available for selected fabrics when standard color options don’t meet your project’s requirements. Availability depends on the fabric and application.

Color is worth settling early in the design process. Gloss and translucency affect how a fabric’s color appears once the structure is installed and illuminated. Choosing the color before fabrication also makes it easier to evaluate options and make adjustments before the panels are installed.
